Shipping policy

Where we ship
Our launch product ships to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping for the launch product is free to eligible addresses. The final order total, including any applicable tax, is shown at checkout.

Fulfillment
BIG Texas Digital manages the online store and customer service. Orders are fulfilled by independent suppliers connected through Doba and ship from U.S. supplier warehouses.

Estimated timing
Allow approximately 2 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 3-5 business days in transit after dispatch. The estimated combined timeframe is approximately 5-7 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, and carrier conditions can affect delivery.

Order updates and delays
We will provide tracking information when it becomes available. If we cannot ship within the stated processing timeframe, we will notify you of the delay and provide the option to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Address corrections and delivery issues
Check your shipping address before ordering. Email big@texbig.com immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch. For a missing, damaged, or incorrect delivery, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the supplier and carrier.
